RUCO USA, in partnership with A.M. Ramp & Co. GmbH, manufacturer of RUCO inks is pleased
to announce the grand opening of the Demo Center for UV Decoration of Glass at our Boston-area
facility.

Printers wishing to explore the possibility of switching from standard fritt-based or solvent-based
epoxy inks to a UV printing ink process are invited to visit with us to see the state of the art in UV
decoration of glass. In our demo center we are able to simulate production runs on glass items and
demonstrate conclusively the benefits of the UV screen printing process.

Seminars, brochures and photographs can only say so much. Our demo center offers you the first
real-world opportunity to see exactly how the process works from start to finish in an actual production
environment using proven and repeatable production techniques, not laboratory gimmicks.

Perhaps you’ve seen advertisements for UV inks stating their ease of use, high resistance properties
and cost savings potential. Now you can come experience the process firsthand in our Demo
Center. See the pre-treatment process, the inks printability, opacity and gloss, the proper UV
exposure and take home printed samples to test for yourself.

RUCO inks are all California Proposition 65 compliant. We’ll show you the required equipment
for printing glass with UV inks as well as the performance of the RUCO inks.

If you can’t visit with us in person please call to schedule test prints of your parts anyway. We’ll
print your items with our 935-UV inks and send them back to you for your approval.
